On Saturday the gray sky's parted for the Blue Lake Sprint Duathlon. I just happened to be there.
The boys have been praying this past week that "mom will win the race" Now I didn't exactly "win" but I did better than 3rd place....who knew I was such a competitor!
run 5k, bike 20k, run 5k
It really was quite fun. The best part of all was having my husband and boys there to cheer me on.
I think I see another race in my near future.
